Top FAQs

  • Unfortunately, most content on social media is curated which means it's fake. All moms struggle with juggling emotions and feeling exhausted trying to do everything. It's OK to let household tasks and beauty routines slide if you need a break or take a nap. In reality, most moms have to be OK with the dishes not being washed or the laundry being piled in a heap on the floor. What's important is doing the things that matter most like enjoying those most deserved smiles from your baby and smiling back. Taking time to rest or to call a friend. Parenting isn’t a contest, a beauty pageant or a sprint. It’s a marathon and to survive, you must take in those small moments and be present. And don't worry, your baby and you will be sleeping more soon.

  • Smiling will really help you feel better. Science shows that smiling triggers your brain to increase your levels of happy hormones. So smiling itself can make you happier. It's often helpful to find ways to make yourself laugh during the day whether it's with silly cat videos or laughing at how gross a stinky diaper is, it can go a long way to help release some stress.

See you at the Four Month visit!
