Top FAQs

  • Yes, this is normal. Babies moan and move around and sometimes open their eyes during light sleep which occurs every 60-90 minutes. They are actually still asleep even with open eyes so don’t go to them for a few minutes, so they can return to deeper sleep. If they are really hungry or need you, they will cry loudly.

  • All of us need help to fulfill our dreams. One of the ways to help your baby achieve her dreams is to surround her with people who love her and love you. These people will not only help you, but they will love and help your baby along the way. Find people in your neighborhood, your baby’s health care team, religious organization, family, our work life. You can be a part of your baby's life.

  • Many parents worry about being the “best possible” parent to their child. In reality, no one is perfect and being a good parent simply means caring for your baby and learning from your mistakes. So take a breath, relax, and enjoy your baby. Six months is a great time!
